Roughly two months ago, I was speaking to one of the contributing writers from work via text. They had been writing an article for our community platform, and we were in the midst of going through the process of getting the written content edited and approved before publishing. It was a pretty smooth process overall, so I was ready to keep it short and wrap up the conversation since it was already after office hours.
